Having fitspo that promotes health in your life is crucial for staying inspired, keeping up with trends and advancements, and discovering new workouts, healthy meal tips, and other health-related information. Now, more than ever, it's simple to soak up the positive thoughts and mantras of the most well-known fitness influencers 24/7.

Whether you follow them on social media so their latest workouts and recipes appear on your phone all day, every day, set reminders to log in and grab a spot in their upcoming in-person classes, or work up a sweat alongside them using their app, monitoring some of the best of the best is an excellent method to keep your inspiration, mood, and mindset at a 10/10. That's why we contacted some of our fitness favorites to learn about the things they do, such as how they start their day, how they relieve stress, and what motivates them to move.

The founder of The Class, a unique cardio-focused workout that integrates intentional vocalization with repetitive and rhythmic movement and music.

My highest concern every morning is cuddling with my dog, Chili. Next, I hydrate with lemon water, apple cider vinegar, and Apothakary x The Class Morning Flow, which includes a blend of turmeric, ginger, black, and cayenne pepper. Then comes the coffee! My husband and I alternate taking Chili for walks in the morning and engaging in playtime before I teach The Class or start work. My morning skincare routine involves various fragrant products, including Beauty Counter's All Bright C Serum.

My ideal way of winding down begins early. (I'm the kind of friend who likes a 5 p.m. dinner reservation.) Deep sleep is one of the ways I feel completely restored. However, before I shower and go to bed, I find it therapeutic to tidy up the house and prepare for the next day. In my evening shower, I do some active clearing and envision my energy returning to me. I've taken some courses at The Clairvoyance Institute of Hawaii, and they've been instrumental in integrating throughout my days.

I enjoy all of the moves we do in The Class. Currently, I'm obsessed with anything that comes off of a plank. Planking is fantastic for full-body activation. It ignites the core, back body, upper body, and lower body. It's also a fantastic move to meditate in and work through thoughts and sensations via breath and sound.

Listening to music is a significant part of being a teacher at The Class, and it's a privilege to be with music every day. Generally, I tune into genres and musical styles based on the feeling I want to create. Some days it's searching for new covers and mixes, and some days it's looking for the ideal build and beat drop. We go through music quickly at The Class, so I'm constantly looking for new gems. We also feature playlists curated by our Class Teachers in our weekly email newsletter.

'Must-have coffee' is a typical mantra for me. And once I have it, focusing on my breathing helps me in many everyday situations. A simple inhale-and-exhale mantra can be very effective. You can do it in a meeting, in traffic, responding to emails, or during a difficult conversation. Some days my mantra is 'You can make it to Friday.' Other days, it's 'This is me and this is you,' which I find very useful for setting boundaries and separating energies.

Taking The Class, of course! If I'm not teaching, I'm taking The Class as a student, hiking with friends, and walking around LA's west side. I often take hot baths with all the salts, oils, and accessories. I enjoy recharging in silence and, ideally, without screens. My skincare routine also helps me alleviate stress. It includes rose water mists and The Class x Routine Face and Body Oil.

It's thrilling to see an increase in awareness of conscious movement. As pioneers in this area, The Class remains committed to creating a space that promotes mental, emotional, and physical health. We all need it. Our mental well-being has a significant impact on our physical health. We recently added yoga and meditation practices to our digital studio, as well as a series of audio-only practices that allow you to take The Class with you wherever you go.

The Class now offers Retreatments, which are exceptional combinations of travel and wellness in breathtaking locations around the world, such as Bali, New Mexico, Italy, and Hawaii. Retreatments are intended to help students return to their lives feeling lighter and refreshed emotionally.

The founder of The Sculpt Society, a lively sculpt and dance fusion that uses low-impact weights to raise your heart rate to fun, dance party-style music.

My morning routine starts with a warm lemon water and a cup of coffee, which is a must for me. I follow that by practicing meditation and journaling. Before teaching a live workout on the TSS app, I review my content and test the connection and lighting. After completing my live session, I spend time snuggling with my daughter while my husband keeps her entertained.

For breakfast, I usually have eggs on Ezekiel bread with Truff hot sauce. Sometimes my husband and I go for a walk down the street to grab another coffee. My workday consists of private classes, programming new workouts, working on marketing initiatives, creating social content, implementing user feedback, and brainstorming with other brands for collaborations.

Before bedtime, I prefer to read and eliminate screen time and doom scrolling. To help me get better sleep, I take CBD, Magnesium, or Beam’s Dream Powder and also listen to restful meditations.

Planks are my favorite exercise as they are truly full-body exercises, and there are plenty of variations to challenge oneself. In my classes, you will always hear throwback '90s hip hop or R&B songs.

Less is more, and I always commit to less so that I can show up more. Movement is the best stress buster for me, and I enjoy taking walks outside while stepping away from my computer and taking a few deep breaths.

As the creator of The Sculpt Society, I am excited about rolling out more content focused on life moments that matter, such as bridal, prenatal, post-natal, and beyond. Recently, we launched our bridal program to help brides feel strong, confident, and empowered.

I wake up early, drink 24 oz. of water, and start my day with meditation and gratitude prayer. Next, I drink a cup of black coffee and check in with my Director of Operations for business matters related to The Hollywood Trainer Club. I spend three to four hours working on editing, responding to business emails, creating new content and programming, accounting, and new business. After that, I get my personal workout done.

Watching sports at night helps me calm down, and I hydrate with 25 oz. of water beside my bed, along with 400 mg of magnesium. Sometimes I sip on chamomile tea. A workout is my #1 stress reliever, followed by prayer and action. Saying “no” to things that are not aligned with my purpose also helps protect my peace.

For Pilates and stretching, I listen to Alicia Keys, while I always have a good hip-hop playlist on featuring Nicki Minaj, Jay-Z, Kendrick Lamar, Biggie, Migos, Rick Ross, Drake, T.I, and Soca music. Today is another opportunity to be great!

I’m excited about people socially coming back together to exercise in groups and doing more in-person events. I will continue to encourage my following on social media and in my club community as people always need fitness, social interaction, motivation, encouragement, and community.

As the creator of Sweat, the on-demand shop for every type of workout, including Pilates, Barre, HIIT, and strength training, I am passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals.

I always try to wake up before my little ones so I can have some time to myself before the day begins. Once I'm up, I like to get moving by walking on the treadmill. It's a great way to get my heart rate up and clear my head. After that, it's time to hit the shower and get ready for the day. I like to keep things simple when it comes to my makeup routine. Then I grab a quick bite to eat and a coffee to fuel up for the day ahead. Once the kids are up, it's all about getting them sorted for the day —breakfast, getting dressed, the whole nine yards. I make sure my daughter Arna is ready for daycare, and then it's time for me to start work!

My nighttime ritual is all about winding down and getting ready for a good night's sleep. Once the kids are down, I like to start by making myself a cup of tea and breaking off a few pieces of dark chocolate — it's a little indulgence that I look forward to every night. After that, I hit the shower and do my skincare routine. I'm all about keeping my skin looking and feeling its best. Once I'm ready for bed, I jump in and get cozy, putting on one of my favorite Netflix shows to relax and unwind. Right now, I'm really into Blacklist, Unstable, Emily in Paris, and The Night Agent — they're all so good!

Chin-ups are such a boss move. They require so much effort, strength, and dedication. Plus, they make you feel strong and powerful!

When I’m working out, my go-to is anything upbeat and high-intensity to get me moving. To wind down, I really love the Spotify Chill mix.

Consistency is key: Small steps every day add up to big results. When you do anything consistently, it becomes a habit, and once you make working out a regular part of your routine, it will become much easier to stick to.

I have a couple of go-to activities that really help me relax and unwind. First up is cleaning. I know it might sound a little strange, but there's something about tidying up my space and getting things organized that really helps me feel calm and in control. My other go-to is exercise. Whether I'm hitting the gym or just going for a walk outside, getting my body moving and breaking a sweat is one of the best ways I know to release tension.

Personally, I'm most excited about continuing to get stronger in my body after giving birth to Jax in January. It's been an incredible journey so far as I continue to push myself and work toward my goals. Beyond that, I'm really interested in exploring the broader world of women's health and all the ways that we can support ourselves in body, mind, and spirit.

CEO of Tru Supplements, as well as @mawarriors, where the fitness pro offers programs that combine workouts, nutrition advice, affirmations, and journaling.

I wake up at 5:30 a.m. The first thing that goes into my body is a full glass of lukewarm water with electrolytes from TRU Hydrate, my supplement brand. While drinking water, I turn on my essential oil diffuser (my favorite is UpLift from Hobby Lobby), read my bible, and journal. Then I make my daughter, Indi, breakfast and pack her lunch. I wake her up at 6:30 a.m. and by 7:30 a.m. I am dropping her off at school. Next, I have a call with my team, and I start working and check in on social media before training my clients Yvonne Orji, Jordin Sparks, or Adrienne Bailon.

I start dimming the lights by 6:30 p.m., and Indi and I have our cuddle time. We usually watch a series or a movie together and read a book. Then it is my time to decompress. I journal at the end of the day and prep for the next day by looking over my schedule. I’m in bed by 9:30 p.m.

Elevated cat-cow. The cat-cow in yoga helps relieve stress from menstrual cramps, lower back pain, and sciatica pain. This pose increases the flexibility of the neck, shoulders, and spine while also stretching the muscles of the hips, back, abdomen, and chest.

Labrinth, Sia, Bad Bunny, Shakira, Diplo, and Afrobeats.

You don’t have to, you get to. You never lose — either you win or you learn.

Hiking in nature, switching my phone to airplane mode, and belly breath work.

What I’m most excited about is building the Más Vida and Tru Supplements brands. Currently, my platform is a one-stop shop for movement and nutrition, but in the next few months, we will be integrating professionals outside of fitness for overall health and wellness, which includes mental health as a priority. I’m also very excited to get back into the community and connect in person with my tribe. On the side of Tru Supplements, I’m excited about our new hydration product, Tru Hydrate, which has double the electrolytes and no sugar to keep everyone energized and hydrated.
