The Impressive Transformation of Kendall Jenner's Bikini Body

Kendall Jenner may be a professional model with great genetics, but taking care of her health and body has always been a priority for her. From her earlier days on Keeping Up With the Kardashians to her time as a well-established pro posing for Victoria’s Secret and La Perla, Kendall has always been dedicated to toning and strengthening her physique.

In 2017 she revealed her dedication to her abs exercises, writing on her app and website, “Sometimes when I’m watching TV, I think to myself, ‘I should be doing crunches and sit-ups right now.' Then I get off the couch and do it.” Her at-home routine includes planks, crunches, leg lifts and other standbys.

Kendall has worked out with various A-list trainers, including Gunnar Peterson, and has tried a wide variety of exercise techniques including HIIT circuits, barre and boxing. “People will find it hard to believe,” Peterson told Us prior to Jenner’s 2016 Victoria’s Secret fashion show, but “that girl squats, dead-lifts and does pull-ups.”

Kendall loves to show off her hard work by wearing bikinis at the beach, poolside and in mirror selfies. She has also turned to fitness trainer Autumn Calabrese to stay in shape, training three or four hours a week using cardio strength training. Calabrese recommends paying attention to holding your stomach in throughout the day and focusing on planks, plank knee tucks, side planks and leg raises to get Kendall’s sculpted six-pack abs.
