Each successful sports season predictably ushers in the appearance of bandwagon fans. There is nothing wrong with revelling in the joy of supporting a winning team. Taylor Swift, albeit a recent NFL enthusiast, is not part of this group. She has remained loyal to the Kansas City Chiefs, watching their matches regardless of their performance, even in severely cold weather conditions. Likely aiding her commitment is the fact that her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, is a prominent player on the team.

Her dedication to the Chiefs Kingdom has been recognized as the team is on their way to compete in the Super Bowl on February 11. This news was confirmed on Sunday when the Chiefs defeated the Baltimore Ravens during an away game. They will face-off against the San Francisco 49ers in Las Vegas next month in what will be their second consecutive Super Bowl appearance.

In the latest episode of the podcast New Heights co-hosted by Travis and his brother Jason Kelce, the proud brothers reviewed the victory and the ensuing celebrations. Swift, Jason Kelce, and other family members rushed onto the field to congratulate the triumphant team. Swift then pulled Travis into an embrace, their displays of affection reciprocated.

Discussing the satisfaction gained from winning a decisive away game, Travis expressed his joy to his brother during the podcast, “The path we've taken to reach this point felt like a series of challenges. Overcoming them feels more meaningful and rewarding."

Though Swift was not explicitly singled out as MVP (most valuable paramour), Travis did acknowledge her with affection, when shown a photo of the Chiefs’ head coach Andy Reid and Swift signalling to each other at the trophy ceremony.

Commenting on the memorable occasion, Travis states: "Going to the Super Bowl, baby!” “It's well known that they already have a connection from the Philly days. To Big Scott, Swift's father, and Andy are close friends. I couldn't enjoy the moment because I was up on the stage celebrating the victory."

Further into the podcast, while responding to a tweet humorously observing Swift's "rookie year" as a fan, Travis acknowledges her, saying, “Props to Tay, appreciate you being part of the team.”

Whether Swift will attend the Super Bowl in person or not is yet unknown, considering her imminent international Eras Tour. She is slated for a performance in Tokyo, and it is technically feasible for her to reach Las Vegas for kickoff if she departs immediately after her concert. Only time will reveal if the Chiefs' most vocal fan will journey to the kingdom.
