North West Gives Sneak Peek of Album During TikTok Live as Kim Kardashian Worries She's Sharing 'Too Many Details'

The musical temperament of North West is not surprising considering she is the daughter of Kanye West. Indications suggest that the pre-teen might already be gearing up for an album release. She dropped hints of this plan during a recent TikTok Live session with her mother, Kim Kardashian, on Thursday, October 19.

During the live session, North, 10, turned to Kim, 42, inquiring, “Should I drop an album?” Kim's response was somewhat vague, either indicating that she was intentionally hiding future music plans or she was caught off-guard by her daughter's unexpected question.

Kim responded, “North, I’m about to end this live because you are divulging way too much.” She further said, “I love you, but I don’t want to discuss stuff that you’re enduring.”

In the same live session, North revealed to fans that she suffers from a reading disorder. She told her audience, “Guys, I have Dyslexia. Do you even comprehend what that is?” A visibly overwhelmed Kim responded, “Northie, you are certainly spilling a lot of information here.”

North, being Kim and Kanye's eldest child, has exhibited signs of her performativity before. In 2018, the “Flashing Lights” rapper posted a Twitter video showcasing North singing “No Mistakes,” a track from his then-upcoming album Ye. He expressed his pride for his daughter's talents with three heart-eyes emojis in the post.

Kanye allowed North, who was 6 years old at the time, to make an appearance on Ye’s Season 8 runway show during Paris Fashion Week. She recited lyrics such as “I will never do bad things / Walk to the street / What are those / I have new shoes, they’re really cute.”

Kanye, as a doting father, stood by her during the performance, visibly proud of his daughter's musical talents. Meanwhile, Kim recorded the performance from the front row.

North again demonstrated her artistic talents at the Ye Season 9 show at Paris Fashion Week in October 2022. She joined a children’s choir that performed revamped religious songs while sporting her father's designs, which consisted of oversized brown T-shirts and pants.

Kanye has provided North with several opportunities to perform at his Sunday Services gatherings over the years and has even rapped alongside her.

While it remains uncertain whether North is genuinely intending to release an album, her father's support is virtually guaranteed. Kim, however, appeared somewhat tired dealing with her daughter's growing musical ambitions in addition to her interests in painting, fashion, hairstyling, travel, sports, and other activities that keep North perpetually engaged.
