Maya Jama Offers Exclusive Peek Inside her Stunning New Home Before Moving In - OK! Magazine

Maya Jama, the 29 year old TV presenter, has bought a new house and is about to move in, sharing some sneak peeks of the property with her 3 million Instagram followers. Household moving plans and her relationship with Stormzy have been making her fans speculate about what comes next for the star.

In a video shared on her Instagram stories, the Love Island host is seen casually dressed and exploring the house she recently bought. She was seen wearing a supreme bomber jacket, mom jeans and a baseball cap. She captioned the video saying she is moving into her new house bought that week but also expressing her reluctance to become an 'Insta home person'. She however shared a bit of her new house with her followers.

In the footage, Maya gives fans a view of the house's first floor hallway, which is complete with light wooden floors, white walls and ceiling spotlights. While she admitted the property was yet to be furnished to her taste, she showed her love for the 'chair spot' at the corner of the landing.

She further detailed the space, pointing out a SKIMS inspired fluffy chair with a matching footstool, an unusual standing lamp and an odd table. The footage also featured a massive built-in bookshelf on the wall.

She shared another video where her fans could see a cat carrier at the end of the hallway. She however clarified that she doesn't own a cat and that everything in the video belonged to the previous owner. But she did reaffirm her love for the corner chair and asked her followers for decoration tips to personalise the space.

The video later gives a different view of the house showing a huge skylight on the ceiling and leading into a small room that looks like an office and extra closet. Above a raised platform and the wooden floor below are black, sleek sliding cupboards that provide ample storage space. The room also has two floor to ceiling windows that allow a ton of natural light in.

Maya herself stated that she might not start a home renovation Instagram account like Michelle Keegan and Mark Wright have. Despite that, fans are hopeful that they will get to see more of the spaces as she transforms it, since Maya's taste in interior design is expected to be exceptional.
