The drawing for the fourth round of the 2023/24 FA Cup has occurred, and it has been determined that Tottenham Hotspur will be playing host to Manchester City.

Liverpool are set to play at home, facing off against whoever wins the replay match between Norwich City and Bristol Rovers. Manchester United, after their victory against Wigan Monday night, will be the guests of either Newport County or Eastleigh.

Chelsea has already advanced to the Carabao Cup semi-finals under the guidance of Mauricio Pochettino and is slated to host Aston Villa, who achieved a 1-0 victory at Stamford Bridge during a Premier League match in September.

The games are all set to unfold over the course of the weekend of the 27th of January. The television airing schedule will be disclosed soon.

So far, amongst top-tier teams, Arsenal and Burnley are the only ones to have been knocked out in the third round. Of course, pending replay results, other notable teams may yet exit the competition too.

Liverpool bested the Gunners this Sunday past, courtesy of Jakub Kiwior's own goal and a late second score by Luis Diaz. Despite dominating at the Emirates Stadium, Arsenal could not secure a win. On Friday night, Burnley lost to Pedro Porro's impressive long-shot.

Manchester City are the current champions, but they face the challenge of breaking a longstanding curse at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium if they wish to proceed to the next round. Since 2015, at White Hart Lane, Spurs haven't been defeated by Pep Guardiola's team in a home match.

Maidstone United, currently the lowest-ranking team in the FA Cup after overcoming League One Stevenage, managed to dodge Premier League teams for their next match. They're scheduled to play against Ipswich Town instead.

League Two team Wrexham have been allocated an away match at Blackburn Rovers, a team currently vying for promotion from the Championship League.

Several clashes between Premier League teams in the third rounds still need to have replays to determine who will advance.

Brentford will face off with Wolves at Molineux, Crystal Palace will be encountering Everton at Goodison Park, and Nottingham Forest, Luton Town, and West Ham United each have additional FA Cup matches that have impacted their winter break schedules.
