Manchester City boss Pep Guardiola has confirmed that he plans to make some changes during Wednesday's Champions League semi-final second leg against Real Madrid. Even though City secured a 1-1 draw in the first leg, Guardiola wasn't pleased with their performance and wants to be more fluid in attack during the second match.

Although he teased a tactical shift, Guardiola assured City supporters that he was not "overthinking" things. He explained during a pre-match press conference, "It's nothing special. I have an idea to do something differently, just to be more fluid in attack. Tomorrow, we won't do anything different to what we have done in the past."

On the other side of the tie, Real manager Carlo Ancelotti acknowledged that his team cannot focus only on neutralizing City striker, Erling Haaland, as there is firepower across the squad. "We value a team, it's everyone, not just one player," he said. "We don't think only of Haaland... but [Kevin] De Bruyne? And [Ilkay] Gundogan? And [Riyad] Mahrez? It's difficult."

Ancelotti emphasized the importance of courage and personality, noting that "pressure will be very high" in the game against City.

In the latest episode of the Talking Transfers podcast network, Scott Saunders, Graeme Bailey, and Toby Cudworth discussed Neymar's possible move to Newcastle, Jude Bellingham's future, and Lionel Messi leaving PSG.
