The world offered their hopes and wishes to Kate Middleton upon her cancer diagnosis news. This announcement, made via a heartfelt video clip in March, stirred people around the globe to convey their support through social media and TV spots. The Daily Mail reported this support not only circled the internet but also appeared in the form of countless cards and letters delivered via the Royal Mail during her cancer therapy.

The paper indicated the Palace correspondence team was deeply touched by the continued inflow of support. Despite the occasional difficulty to manage such a massive volume of correspondence, the team has expressed their intent to respond to all authors eventually.

Kate has reached a significant juncture in her treatment journey, as confirmed to Vanity Fair by sources close to her. Describing this news as a great comfort, a family friend said Kate seems to be faring better and is perfectly able to handle her medications albeit this period remaining challenging and anxiety-inducing.

Even though Middleton opted for privacy and stayed away from the limelight since her last public appearance at the royal family's Christmas service, sightings of her running errands alone and with family have been recently reported by People.

Kate is not the only royalty who experienced an influx of mail from those wishing her well. In the weeks subsequent to King Charles III's cancer diagnosis announcement, posts of him reading a slew of letters extend sympathy and guidance, appeared on the palace's social media feeds.
