Liverpool, Chelsea, and Newcastle Discover Quarter-Final Opponents in Carabao Cup Draw

After securing a comprehensive fourth-round victory against Manchester United at Old Trafford on Wednesday night, Newcastle United is set to clash with Chelsea in the quarter-finals of the Carabao Cup.

Despite their disheartening Premier League performance, Chelsea found some relief in their victory over the Championship side Blackburn Rovers at Stamford Bridge. The Blues are striving for their first domestic title since 2018, but the path to the semi-finals, even on their home ground, is challenging.

The pleasure of removing Premier League title contenders Arsenal from the competition, West Ham United is rewarded with an ultimate eight-meeting against Liverpool at Anfield. In the meantime, Everton will host Fulham.
