Tommy Lee’s wife, Brittany Furlan, has taken legal action against Falling in Reverse frontman Ronnie Radke following months of messy, headline-making allegations involving an alleged online relationship, catfishing claims and dueling restraining orders.

According to court documents filed Monday, January 12, Furlan, 39, accused Radke, 42, of being “unhinged and obsessed” with her after details of their alleged private communications became public. Page Six reported that Furlan claimed she and Radke began messaging on Snapchat in April 2025, allegedly exchanging explicit photos and videos.

Furlan alleged that during a difficult period in her marriage to Mötley Crüe drummer Lee, 63, Radke encouraged her to leave her husband. She claimed the two made plans to meet in person in May 2025 — plans that never came to fruition when Radke allegedly didn’t show up. In her filing, Furlan accused Radke of manipulating her and denied that she was catfished, claiming he sent her a video proving it was really him before the story exploded online.

However, months earlier, Furlan publicly told a very different story. In May 2025, she claimed she had been catfished by someone pretending to be Radke, expressing frustration over the scrutiny the situation caused her marriage.

“This is embarrassing for me, embarrassing for my husband,” she said at the time. “This whole fing thing is embarrassing. I’ve been struggling with s at home [and] I’m in a fing hotel. Like, leave us fing alone, bro. … I’m done. Anyone can think what they will. All good.”

Radke also denied wrongdoing, telling TMZ that “multiple other girls” had been “tricked and duped” by someone impersonating him online. He claimed the FBI had been involved and later found himself in a heated social media exchange with Lee over the drama.

Earlier this month, Radke filed his own temporary restraining order against Furlan, alleging she contacted him repeatedly on social media and even showed up outside his home. He also claimed she appeared at his doctor’s office “without an appointment” and accused her of ongoing online harassment and spreading false claims. A judge denied his request, setting a court date for January 23.

In response, Furlan’s attorney pushed back strongly. “Ms. Furlan is offended to find out this petition was filed because the only victim of harassment is her,” the statement read. “We will take all legal measures to defend against this frivolous lawsuit and request [that] Ms. Furlan be protected from further harassment and threats by the petitioner.”

Furlan’s own temporary restraining order request was denied after a court clerk determined it did not qualify as an emergency. A judge is expected to hear both parties’ requests on January 23, as the contentious situation continues to unfold.
