Discover Which Kardashian Sisters Did Not Congratulate Kourtney on Her Pregnancy
The Kardashian-Jenner family seems to be experiencing trouble in paradise with the news of Kourtney Kardashian’s pregnancy with Travis Barker. While their desire to have a child together has been well documented, only one of Kourtney's sisters, Kim Kardashian, has publicly reacted to the news at this time. The rest of the family, including Khloé Kardashian, Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner, as well as matriarch Kris Jenner, are yet to congratulate Kourtney or share the news on their social media platforms.
This silence may be related to Kourtney's ongoing feud with her sister Kim, which has been documented on the TV show The Kardashians. The sisters were seen in conflict on Season 3, with Kourtney accusing Kim of using her wedding as a business opportunity. Kim went on to partner with Dolce & Gabbana to curate a capsule collection only four months after Kourtney’s wedding, leaving Kourtney feeling hurt. While Kim claimed to have called Kourtney twice to discuss the collaboration, Kourtney feels that Kim had taken advantage of the celebratory partnership and copied her wedding.
Their sisters’ reactions differed as well, with Khloé feeling that Kourtney’s reaction was irrational, and Kendall seeing both sides of the argument. It remains to be seen if the family will come together to support Kourtney as she embarks on this new journey with her husband Travis and their child.
Kylie, arguably the most removed from the family drama, struck a similar tone to Kendall. The two Jenner girls chatted about the ongoing drama with one another, with the cosmetics mogul noting, “I see both sides and I do think Kim should have done it, but I get it. I don’t think anyone’s in the wrong. I just didn’t even think of it like that but it makes sense, the whole wedding and how that’s obviously a very special thing for her.”
