Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss End Their 7-Month Relationship on ‘Vanderpump Rules’
Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss have reportedly split just two months after their cheating scandal was dubbed “Scandoval.” The news of their affair during Tom’s relationship with ex-girlfriend Ariana Madix made headlines and caused a rift in the Vanderpump Rules cast. A source told The Messenger on May 17 that Tom and Raquel have broken up and that Tom is focusing on his music as he tries to move away from all of this. However, an insider told Page Six that Raquel “dipped out” and that Sandoval is not the right person for her. Reps for both parties have not yet responded to comment.
The news of their breakup came just hours before the VPR season 10 finale episode featuring explosive moments between Tom, Ariana, and Raquel. Tom and Ariana had been dating for nine years until they split earlier this year because he cheated on her with Raquel. Both Tom and Raquel have publicly apologized for their actions, with Tom writing on Instagram that “no one deserves to feel that pain so traumatically and publicly,” and Raquel owning up to her actions and expressing regret for hurting Ariana.
The tension between Raquel and Tom and the rest of their VPR castmates had been growing, and the duo publicly confirmed in March that they were “taking a break” from their relationship, with Raquel telling TMZ that they were trying to work through things as friends. However, Tom’s comments on the season 10 finale suggested he wanted a committed relationship with Raquel, revealing to his friend Tom Schwartz that he felt something he hadn’t felt in a long time.
