Kourtney Kardashian Proudly Shows Off Her Bare Baby Bump During Fourth Pregnancy: Travis, She's Radiant!

The fourth pregnancy of Kourtney Kardashian, a former cast member of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, has her glowing and she isn't hesitant to show it off.

After announcing her pregnancy to the world, the reality star took to Instagram to share photos of herself in a black bodysuit backstage with her husband, Travis Barker, following his performance with Blink-182. Kourtney captioned the series of photos with the message, "Overwhelmed with gratitude and joy for God's blessing and plan."

During the show, Kourtney held up a sign reading "Travis, I’m pregnant" and paid homage to a moment in Blink-182’s “All the Small Things” music video. Bandmate Mark Hoppus spotted Kourtney and excitedly shouted to the crowd, “We’ve got an announcement that somebody’s d—k still works! Let’s hear it for Travis … somebody’s having a baby!”

While the couple hasn't disclosed their due date, they've previously opened up about their journey to conceive after their May 2022 nuptials. In an October 2022 episode of The Kardashians, Kourtney shared with her husband Travis that she gained 20 pounds while undergoing fertility treatments. He responded, “Every day, Travis is like, ‘You’re perfect.’ If I make one complaint, he’s like, ‘You’re perfect. You’re so fine… You’ve never been better.’”

Kourtney also revealed that Travis’s reassurance has allowed her to feel comfortable and happy with her changing body and that she is "into my thicker body." She shares sons Mason and Reign and daughter Penelope with ex-boyfriend Scott Disick, while Travis is father to son Landon, daughter Alabama, and stepdaughter Atiana.

The happy couple took a break for fertility treatments before Kourtney stated during a May 2023 episode that she was "officially done with IVF." However, they both believe that if they're meant to have another baby, it will happen according to God's plan.
