During a recent episode of Vanderpump Rules, which aired on April 19, Sandoval stated, “Isn't that crossing the line if he wants to have a female roommate and you call her?”

In response, Maloney said that it was weird that Schwartz didn’t inform her about his living situation. She also mentioned that Jo was Kristen Doute’s close friend, and the last text she received from her was a message of love and respect after Maloney and Schwartz announced their divorce.

Recently, Schwartz made headlines again when he was seen together with Jo after his hookup with Raquel Leviss before Scheana Shay and Brock Davies' wedding. However, Schwartz clarified in February that they weren't living together, nor were they dating.

Separately, Sandoval's affair with Raquel was revealed first, and Katie refuted claims that Schwartz's connection with the beauty pageant contestant was a ruse for his relationship with Jo. In an Instagram comment, she said that Jo is spooky and her energy is like a crackhead, while Schwartz has admitted to knowing about Sandoval's infidelity before the cheating scandal.
