Taylor Swift Sports Super Bowl Champion Hat as She Heads to Sydney for Eras Tour, Without Travis Kelce

Though physically apart from Taylor Swift in Australia, Travis Kelce had his presence felt through her sporting a Super Bowl Champions hat. Taylor, who was in Australia for her Eras tour, showed her support for the Kansas City Chiefs as she flew from Melbourne to Sydney.

On Sunday, February 18, Taylor, aged 34, was caught on camera boarding a private jet after her three-night tour stop in Melbourne. The photos, sourced by TMZ, showed the “Lover” singer in a casual and comfortable getup, rocking a red T-shirt paired with a black and white Chiefs cap that read “Super Bowl Champions.” The hat is believed to have been a gift from Kansas City officials to Taylor after the Chiefs, led by Travis, also 34, won the 2024 Super Bowl against San Francisco 49ers on February 11.

Beyond the hat, Taylor also showed a more personal connection to Travis by wearing her diamond “TNT” bracelet, standing for “Travis and Taylor.” Travis had commissioned the bracelet, paired with a matching one for himself, from the Pennsylvania-based Wave Made Inc. Jewelers in December 2023, as per People. The bracelet was first seen publicly on Taylor at the AFC Championship match on January 28.

The “Cruel Summer” artist then continued her journey from Melbourne, where she resided in a $16,300 per night hotel penthouse and performed at the Melbourne Cricket Ground, to Sydney. Scheduled on her Sydney itinerary are four sell-out gigs at Accor Stadium beginning Friday, February 23.

Meanwhile, back in Kansas City, Missouri, Travis was seen dining at Rye restaurant with a friend on February 17, the same weekend Taylor was performing in Australia. He raised speculations about joining her in Sydney during his “New Heights” podcast, where he disclosed plans to “venture to an island real soon.” He also noted that the next podcast episode, minus his presence, was already recorded.

If Travis does make a trip to Sydney, it would mark two weeks from when Taylor flew from Tokyo to watch the Chiefs face the 49ers in Las Vegas in the Super Bowl LVIII. Travis, in a video from the game speaking with Taylor, jokingly asked how she managed without jet lag, eliciting her reply, “Jet lag is a choice.”

Should Travis land in Sydney this weekend, Taylor's approach to jet lag could be useful for him. Regardless, it's rumored that Travis plans to visit Taylor on her tour during the summer. As per an informant who spoke with People on February 13, the pair were arranging to “travel” together in Europe. "Football is his life. He's devoted to it completely. Yet, he’s prepared for some relaxation now and to be there for Taylor as she has been for him,” the source disclosed.
