Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Dine with Patrick and Brittany Mahomes in New Orleans Before Super Bowl 2025

Double date! Taylor Swift arrived in New Orleans ahead of Super Bowl 2025, and she and Travis Kelce enjoyed dinner with friends Patrick and Brittany Mahomes.

Travis and Taylor, both 35, were spotted leaving Lilette, a French restaurant, in a video shared by NOLA News on Friday, February 7. The “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart” singer wore a black dress with lace sleeves that she paired with a black clutch and her signature red lip. Travis chose an all-gray look for the night, and the couple was holding hands as they left the venue that’s described as the “sexiest restaurant in town.”

The outlet also reported that Patrick, 29, and Brittany, 29, were seen having dinner with the “New Heights” host and Taylor in a private room, and the group spent several hours there before Taylor and Travis were filmed leaving.

This will be Taylor’s second year in a row attending the big dance and cheering on Travis from the stands, but a source exclusively revealed to Life & Style that the Miss Americana star isn’t “nearly as wide-eyed” as she was when she attended in 2024. Despite her no longer being a newbie to the WAG lifestyle, the insider said that Taylor was still “relieved” to have Brittany by her side.

The source continued, “Taylor and Brittany know all eyes are going to be on them, so they’re prepping for this like it’s some sort of red carpet premiere. They’ve got stylists pulling outfits for them and all sorts of beauty appointments booked. The pressure to look perfect on camera is very high. They also want to throw a little get together for the WAGS ahead of the game so they can celebrate together and bond more.”

Taylor and the mom of three have become close since the “So High School” singer began dating Travis in 2023. That fall, Brittany shared a photo of herself, Taylor and several other friends spending time together and sipping champagne. A few weeks later, Taylor and Brittany had a girls night out in New York City, along with some of Taylor’s A-list friends like Selena Gomez, Sophie Turner and Gigi Hadid.

Brittany recently gave birth to baby No. 3, daughter Golden Raye, and Us Weekly reported on January 25 that Taylor made the little one her very own baby blanket. A source told the outlet that homemade gifts weren’t out of the norm for the Grammy winner.

“She makes a lot of things for the people she loves and cares about. She makes sentimental gifts that are more of value to her than expensive gifts,” the insider said. “She has always been someone who makes arts and crafts. She makes a lot of personal things herself and is always thinking about her friends and values those gifts more than anything expensive.”

The source revealed that Taylor felt like homemade presents “have more meaning” and the “Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me?” artist isn’t “the type to have her assistant just buy something.”
