Suki Waterhouse Reveals Postpartum Body Photos Following Arrival of First Child With Robert Pattinson

Suki Waterhouse is honoring her post-birth body after becoming a mother to her first baby with fiancé Robert Pattinson. The musician from Daisy Jones & The Six has offered some candid mirror self-portraits of her recuperating body on Instagram and shared some parenthood updates.

"The fourth trimester has been … humbling! The post-birth phase has been filled with an overwhelming range of emotions, from extreme happiness and lots of laughter to tears and a barrage of hormones!" 32-year-old Suki wrote on her Monday, April 8, post. "I’m proud of everything my body has managed to accomplish and also of the compassion and patience I’ve expressed towards myself during this recuperation period."

Suki publicly shared her pregnancy news in November 2023 during a concert in Mexico after a period of fan speculation. Following the announcement, she appeared publicly with her long-time partner, Robert, 37, and famous singer Taylor Swift, in support of Emma Stone's premiere of the Oscar-winning movie Poor Things in New York City. Robert and Suki have been in a relationship since 2018.

At the onset of 2024, Life & Style reported Suki and the Batman actor's engagement.

"Suki said yes, absolutely. They’ve been seriously committed to each other for some time now, so it was an obvious decision," a source revealed in January. "Robert has discovered a perfect partner in Suki. They lead a simple, relaxed life free of drama and stress. Their wedding, which will certainly be devoid of tension, will be perfect when the day arrives."

A month prior to the holiday proposal, a distinct insider exclusively revealed to Life & Style that Robert was prepared to propose.

"He’s been sure about Suki for a significant amount of time, and her pregnancy has just fast-tracked a plan he was contemplating on executing in the near future," the insider shared in December 2023.

After revealing their expectation of their first child, Suki showcased her growing baby bump at the 2024 Emmy Awards. The "Nostalgia" singer wore a stunning red Valentino ballgown. With bare skin and side boob exposed by the top of the open back and sides of the dress, the bottom poofed out and displayed a pretty bow tied at her hips.

The couple privately welcomed their child in March, confirmed when they were seen pushing a pram.

"Suki is an extremely devoted mother, always wanting to hold her precious newborn. [Rob] can’t stop smiling and he’s probably checked the baby’s fingers and toes multiple times," a different source exclusively shared with Life & Style in an April 3 report. "Very little is known about the baby, including the gender and the name, even among friends, as Rob and Suki want to cherish this special moment. They tend to keep things private, but behind closed doors, they couldn’t be happier about their newborn."

Suki shared her first picture with her first baby on Instagram on April 5, cradling and concealing the child's face.
