The Highs and Lows of Scheana Shay and Katie Maloney's Journey on Pump Rules

The relationship between Scheana Shay and Katie Maloney has gone through its fair share of ups and downs since they first met in 2013 as part of the original cast of Vanderpump Rules. Despite dealing with their own interpersonal issues over the years, including drama over Maloney's friendship with Stassi Schroeder and Kristen Doute, the two remained friends. However, things took a turn for the worse in March 2022 when Shay and Tom Schwartz ended their decade-long relationship.

As drama between the former couple escalated, with Schwartz getting close to costar Raquel Leviss, Maloney accused Shay of trying to set up her ex-husband with the former beauty queen at Shay's wedding to Brock Davies in August 2022. The tension between the two continued to rise, with Maloney harshly criticizing Shay for inviting Schwartz to discuss their divorce on her “Scheananigans” podcast in a February 2023 episode of Pump Rules.

The feud seemed to calm down following news of Tom Sandoval’s affair with Leviss in March 2023, with Maloney and Shay banding together to support Ariana Madix amid the subsequent drama.
