Has Megan Fox Undergone Plastic Surgery? A Complete Look at Her Transformation Throughout the Years.

From the time Megan Fox first hit the spotlight, she has undergone a dramatic transformation. While she has vehemently denied any involvement with plastic surgery, her images from before and after reveal that she has indeed altered her appearance considerably over the years. 

When asked about rumors of lip injections in 2010, the actress did not outright deny it. "I will say for people who question the authenticity of my lips, you can clearly see that my lips are my lips," she said. Megan, who is now engaged to Machine Gun Kelly, has also refuted allegations of getting cheek augmentations, Botox and any other facial surgeries, although she isn't against plastic surgery generally.  

"I would encourage anyone [who wants plastic surgery] to first speak with a therapist, to try and figure out where this want comes from," she stated. "Because a lot of times it's not related to your teeth or your nose or your chin — the surgery is not going to alleviate that insecurity for you. If, then, you feel, 'This is something that I want to do,' then do it. It's amazing that we have the technology to do the stuff that we do."

Although she's had a lot of insecurities about her body in the past, Megan has been quite candid about her struggles, revealing in a Rolling Stone interview back in 2009 that "I'm really insecure about everything. I see what I look like, but there are things that I like and things that I dislike. My hair is good. The color of my eyes is good, obviously. I'm too short. But overall, I'm not super excited about the whole thing. I never think I'm worthy of anything … I have a sick feeling of being mocked all the time. I have a lot of self-loathing."

Despite becoming hypersexualized after the release of Jennifer's Body in 2009, Megan has never shied away from discussing her body image struggles. Having children with ex Brian Austin Green helped her become more accepting of herself. She shared with Entertainment Tonight in 2019 about how her mind opened up to a better version of herself after becoming pregnant.  

Recently, photos of Megan coming out of the Diamond Face Institute's surgical center in Beverly Hills revealed a possible different story on whether or not she's had plastic surgery, as she was seen carrying a bag from there after being there for around three hours. The clinic offers non-surgical procedures as well.
