Megan Fox Reveals Pregnancy with Fourth Child, First with Machine Gun Kelly: ‘Welcome Back’
Megan Fox announced that she is pregnant with baby No. 4, which will be her first child with Machine Gun Kelly.
“Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back,” Megan, 38, wrote via Instagram on Monday, November 11, alongside a photo of herself showing off her baby bump while covered in black paint. The post also included a photo of Megan holding a positive pregnancy test.
In addition to tagging MGK, 34, she concluded the caption by adding a baby angel emoji and red heart emoji.
Megan is already the mother to children Noah, 11, Bodhi, 10, and Journey, 7, whom she shares with ex-husband Brian Austin Green. Meanwhile, MGK is the father to daughter Casie, 15, whom he shares with ex Emma Cannon.
The Transformers star announced the exciting news four months after rumors began to swirl that she was expecting following her appearance in MGK and Jelly Roll‘s July music video for their song, “Lonely Road.” In the video, Megan rocked a large bump while wearing several tight dresses.
The rumors only grew when MGK bent down to kiss Megan’s belly in one scene, while another showed the pair cradling her bump together.
Despite sparking pregnancy rumors with the video, Megan seemingly shut down the speculation by wearing tight dresses to events in the following months.
The couple – who has been dating on and off since 2020 – previously suffered a pregnancy loss. Megan opened up about the tragedy while appearing on Good Morning America in November 2023. However, she did not specifically reveal when the pregnancy loss occurred.
“I’ve never been through anything like that in my life. I have three kids, so it was very difficult for both of us, and it sent us on a very wild journey together and separately … trying to navigate, ‘What does this mean?’ and ‘Why did this happen?’” she recalled at the time.
Megan also wrote about the pregnancy loss in her poetry book, Pretty Boys Are Poisonous. In one poem, she discussed having an ultrasound performed and learning that she lost her baby girl at the 10 week pregnancy mark. “Maybe if you hadn’t… maybe if I had…” she wrote in the poem.
“There is an ultrasound by your side of the / bed / Do you think that if she could have / she would have left a suicide note?” another line read.
Megan and MGK – whose real name is Colson Baker – got engaged in 2022, though they faced several split rumors following their engagement.
In July, an insider exclusively told Life & Style that the pair was once again going strong after MGK “calmed down and cut way back in his partying and drinking.”
“He’s also stopped acting so jealous and controlling, which was the biggest issue,” the source continued. “They’ve tried the whole living apart thing and realized they missed and loved each other way too much to go their separate ways, so they sat down and worked it out and now they’re very much back on and totally back in love.”
