"Vanderpump Rules" star Lala Kent has always been honest with her fans about her use of cosmetic enhancements. In a recent Instagram story shared on May 26th, the reality star showcased her newly plumped and bruised lips while lounging in a hanging chair in her Palm Springs home's patio.

During the video, Lala addressed her critics who disapprove of her appearance after undergoing cosmetic procedures. She mockingly imitated their judgmental views by saying, "'Stop touching your face. You looked so much better in season 4.' Like, didn’t we all look so much better when we were 23, 24, because it was all hitting different."

Lala went on to say that she wouldn't be bothered by other people's views on her appearance and encouraged her followers to refrain from judging her decision to have cosmetic work done. "If you have a problem, don't touch your own face. Don’t worry about who touches mine because how my face is poked with does not affect you whatsoever. I don't care what your face looks like, so don't care about what mine looks like," she said.

The podcaster, who hosts "Give Them Lala," has always been forthcoming about her choice to undergo cosmetic procedures. She shared in a 2017 interview with Bravo TV's "The Lookbook" that she's open about her use of Botox and fillers to enhance her looks. "I'm not the type of person who's going to walk out and be like, 'I've had nothing done! My face just changed like this,'" she said.

Lala admitted that she's undergone Botox injections on her forehead, as well as filler on her lips, jawline, chin, and cheeks. Although she's happy with the results, she revealed her intention to limit the number of procedures she gets. "I want to stop with the lips. I want to stop with the fillers. Enough is enough!" she said.

In a recent episode of "Juicy Scoop With Heather McDonald," Lala confessed that there have been times when she's gone too far with her cosmetic work. "I was freshly injected. Oh my God, I was such a vibe — loved every part of my face," she revealed, referring to her appearance during "Vanderpump Rules" season 8. She shared that she hasn't undergone any cosmetic procedures since filming began three years ago, and is happy with the positive feedback she's recently received about her facial features.
