Country fans have always praised Lainey Wilson’s curvy figure that perfectly fills her uniform bell-bottom pants. The “Watermelon Moonshine” singer’s body became a topic of discussion once again when she debuted her 70-lb. weight loss in August 2023.

Lainey has since shut down rumors about how she shed pounds and has also shared her favorite health tips she’s learned along the way. Most recently, the Yellowstone actress flaunted her petite physique at the 2023 CMA Awards in a chic ruffled bell-bottom jumpsuit in November.

MEAL PREPPING QUEEN

“I really do enjoy meal prepping and having things handy, because I feel like when you don’t have those things handy, that’s when you mess up and that’s when you eat something that makes you feel bad,” she admitted to Delish.

STAYING DISCIPLINED

The “Things a Man Oughta Know” singer told Delish that she eats three meals a day while she’s on tour, admitting, “It’s really hard to make sure that you’re disciplined enough to do that. I try my best that I possibly can.”

CLAPPING BACK

Lainey shut down rumors that she was consuming gummies to lose weight in an Instagram video.

“I’m sure a lot of y’all have seen some ads about me losing weight, being hospitalized and then I started taking some weight loss gummies and blah blah blah it saved my life,” she said, continuing, “Well, surprise, it ain’t true.”

In the same clip, the “Heart Like a Truck” artist revealed what actually helped her health and fitness journey.

“If I have lost weight it’s because I am working hard and playing hour and a half shows and running around every night of my life, and to be honest, me losing weight or gaining weight ain’t got anything to do with my music,” she said.
