In a discussion about her forthcoming film Love Lies Bleeding, Kristen Stewart shared that she will be appearing in multiple lesbian sex scenes.

Stewart, a gay actress who is 33 years old, portrays the role of gym manager Lou in the film. Her character falls in love with a bodybuilder by the name of Jackie, played by Katy O’Brian, in this movie set in the 1980s. Speaking about the sex scenes, Stewart revealed to Variety that the characters won't be nude but it will still manage to surprise audiences, in an interview made public on Thursday, January 11th.

"What we usually see is a dress being lifted and a head moving downwards," Stewart stated. She then added, "Heterosexual sex in films often feels monotonous. You think, ‘OK, I know what that looks like in movies, we’ll do the same,' since no one actually wants to expose themselves."

She went on to express, "I discovered an appeal in the things that I find attractive being greatly glorified," which she referred to as "very sexy." "I was aroused by it, which is not from an onlooker’s standpoint. It felt great to witness people experiencing that," she added.

The star of the movie Spencer declared her homosexuality in 2017 during an opening monologue of Saturday Night Live, a moment she continues to cherish to this day.

Back then, she made a lighthearted comment about Donald Trump's tweets concerning her previous relationship with her Twilight co-star, Robert Pattinson. “Donald, if you did not appreciate me then, you are definitely going to dislike me now, because I’m hosting SNL — and I’m, like, extremely gay, dude," she declared.

“Framing it in a humorous context was smart because it conveyed everything without necessitating an interview,” Kristen told the publication. She added, “‘Which platform will it go on? Who will profit from it? Who will break the news?’ I did it all on my own.”

Kristen insinuated that her past feminine roles contributed to her established presence in the acting industry. She stated, “Since I am an actor, I want people to admire me, and I want certain roles. My experiences, which form who I am, are very removed from the binary.” Referring to her portrayal of straight characters, she added, “I play those roles well because I hone the heteronormative quality.”

She further stated, “This is stemming from a somewhat genuine place — it is not fabricated. But the fact that if I were more gay, it would not be the case, is messed up,” she remarked, expressing, “That’s precisely why I’m very excited about Love Lies Bleeding.”
