Kris Jenner is letting go of an iconic Keeping Up With the Kardashians filming spot.
The momager, 69, is selling the Hidden Hills, California, mansion that was prominently featured in her family’s E! reality series for $13.5 million, The New York Times reported on Friday, February 7. Interested buyers also have the option to purchase the home fully furnished for an additional estimated $400,000, according to the outlet.
“I’ve shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family, and I’m excited to see it start a new chapter with its next owners,” Kris said in a statement to the publication.
The businesswoman reportedly hired celebrity interior designer Ryan Saghian to completely redesign the home before its listing, giving it all new furnishings from the European luxury wholesaler Eichholtz, as well as new artwork and bespoke chandeliers.
The breathtaking home is listed with photos on Christie’s International Real Estate, with features listed as a “pool,” “fireplace,” and “[eight] parking.”
“Step into a piece of television history with this iconic Mediterranean estate. Spanning an impressive 8,800+ square feet on a sprawling 1.3 acre lot, this grand residence is the epitome of luxury and elegance,” the description read. “From the moment you enter, you’re greeted by a breathtaking double staircase in a soaring foyer, setting the tone for the grandeur within.”
The description continued, “The home offers six spacious en-suite bedrooms, plus a dedicated office, making it perfect for both lavish living and productivity. The primary suite is a private retreat, complete with a fireplace, wet bar, spa-like bath with steam shower, private gym, and a walk-out balcony overlooking the estate.”
The listing noted that the home is “designed for seamless indoor-outdoor living.”
“This bright and airy home features expansive open spaces and towering picture windows, bathing every room in natural light. Nestled within an exclusive guard-gated community, residents enjoy access to tennis courts, a sparkling pool and spa, BBQ center, and sprawling grassy yards perfect for entertaining. With endless opportunities for relaxation and recreation, this home is truly one-of-a-kind. Live like a star in this legendary estate where timeless elegance meets Hollywood prestige,” the page concluded.
Kris and former spouse Caitlyn Jenner purchased the home for $4 million in 2010. While a fake home was used for exterior shots on KUWTK, which ran from 2007 to 2021, Kris and Caitlyn’s daughters, lived in the Hidden Hills mansions as teens, and it was often shown as the backdrop of the show. Kris’ kids with late ex-husband Robert Kardashian — Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Rob Kardashian — frequently visited the home.
Though KUWTK came to an end nearly five years ago, the family continued their reality TV appearances on Hulu’s The Kardashians, which premiered in 2022. A source exclusively told Life & Style in December 2024 that Kris was “going to try to keep it going deep into her 70s.”
“When you ask Kris directly about this, you get a pretty heartwarming answer about how she loves doing the reality show because producing and shooting the show means she gets to spend more time with her busy adult children than anybody she knows,” the insider said. “But make no mistake, the show has continued for all these years because it’s the part of the family’s business that Kris has the most direct control over.”
