Kim Kardashian Willingly Invests Heavily in Multiple Nannies for Her Children

Kim Kardashian has been traveling with a huge team of nannies and mannies, as is being reported, and an insider exclusively reveals to Life & Style how she’s happy to pay through the nose while delegating child minding duties much of the time because she’s simply too busy to cope.
“Kim loves her kids more than anything, but between filming, running multiple businesses, studying law, and her nonstop travel schedule, she just can’t do it all,” the source says. “Having a rotating team of nannies allows her to keep everything moving without feeling like she’s falling short as a mom.”
The insider adds that Kim, 44, likes her four children that she shares with ex-husband Kanye West – North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm – “all to have their own nanny around the clock.” This means that The Kardashians star needs “a rotating team, all on full-time salaries.”
“She only wants the best of the best and that means shelling out huge sums of money because these types of nannies don’t come cheap. Some of them command a quarter million a year,” the source continues. “And it’s not like she just has four of them, she’s got something like ten on staff, but she doesn’t bat an eye at dropping a few million a year. She says it’s worth it to her to keep her kids happy and safe. And the expense more than pays for itself because it puts her mind at ease and lets her focus on bringing in twenty times what she’s putting out.”
Sources previously told The Sun that each nanny on Kim’s team is given a detailed rundown of the child they’re assigned to, and she has help around the clock seven days a week.
Her kids follow a strict routine to make sure they’re always supported while Kim manages her billion-dollar brand.

At night, one nanny takes care of the behind-the-scenes parenting tasks, preparing everything for the next morning like school supplies, football gear and activities, and staying alert in case one of the kids wakes up.
The day shift begins promptly at 6 a.m., with the rest of the team working 12-hour rotations.
They get one day off each week and are expected to travel with the child they’re assigned to, including when the kids go to visit their dad.
An insider revealed to the outlet, “If one of the kids is going to Kanye, say like North, it tends to cause a little chaos as Kim has around three trusted ones that she will send. So then if two of the kids go, it’s even more chaos – which is why she’s got a team of about 10 nannies.”
The source went on to add, “But then layer on the tutors, art teacher, dance and music teachers, the kids’ stylists, creative play, and the house is often full of people there in service of the children – but all of that takes place in one dedicated wing of the house.”
Kim has created a full staffing structure, including a Chief of Staff for the entire estate and a head nanny who manages the nanny team and coordinates with a separate household staff for the children’s meals and activities.
Kim’s nannies handle meals, clothing, laundry, security, drivers and each child’s schedule, which includes time with their dad and various extracurriculars.
