Kelly Osbourne is opening up about her grief in an emotional new episode of "The Osbournes Podcast" — and revealed just how hard the weeks following Ozzy Osbourne's death truly were.

The TV personality shared that she spent two full months sleeping beside her mom, Sharon Osbourne, after the family patriarch passed away on July 22 at age 76. "I mean, I slept with you for the first two months so that you weren't on your own," Kelly, 41, told her mom during the episode. "But then I felt like you needed some space."

Kelly explained that the reality of losing her dad hit her far harder than she ever expected. "I never realized just how horrible grief is. I never knew I was capable of loving somebody so much and missing somebody so much," she shared. "I just, I never thought there'd be a day where he wouldn't be here."

Sharon, 73, admitted she's also been struggling, especially at night, describing her grief as hitting in "waves." She confessed, "I hate going to bed at night," explaining that the silence has been one of the toughest adjustments after decades of sharing a room with Ozzy.

For Kelly, mornings are the most painful. She revealed she often wakes up with a few seconds of normalcy before the reality of her father's passing sets in. "I wake up and for the first three seconds, I feel normal. And then, I remember everything. Mornings are the hardest for me," she said. "What is the morning? Because it happened in the morning. And I used to spend most of my time with dad in the morning."

Her brother, Jack Osbourne, 40, reflected on his own grief journey, calling it both "horrible and beautiful." He explained, "Like, yeah, it sucks that he's gone, but also, for me, it has led to a huge amount of gratitude and love and like really cherishing moments that at the time you take for granted."

Despite the heartbreaking loss, the siblings agreed that the support from fans has been overwhelmingly comforting.

Ozzy's death was confirmed in a family statement shared with Page Six, reading, "It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning." His death certificate later confirmed he died from a heart attack and was surrounded by family.

Right after losing him, Kelly summed up her heartbreak in a single message: "I feel unhappy I am so sad. I lost the best friend I ever had 💔."
