JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers Expecting 'Rainbow Baby' Following Fertility Challenges

JoJo Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers are officially starting their next chapter — parenthood.
The former Bachelorette star, 34, announced that she and her husband, 36, are expecting their first child together. The couple shared the happy news on Thursday, August 28, with a joint Instagram post that melted hearts across Bachelor Nation.
“We love you so much already, our sweet rainbow baby,” the pair captioned an emotional Reel. “Baby Rodgers coming January 2026.”
In the video, JoJo showed off her growing baby bump in a brown bikini and white robe while standing on the beach. Jordan lovingly kissed her stomach before planting one on his wife.
Jordan, who is the younger brother of NFL star Aaron Rodgers, followed up with a heartfelt tribute to JoJo in the comments. “Love you so much @joelle_fletcher. You have been such a rockstar through the ups and downs of this journey,” he wrote. “Your strength, resilience and positive attitude are an inspiration. Can’t wait to see you as a Mom falling more in love with you every single day!”

This marks the first time JoJo has revealed that she previously suffered a miscarriage, calling her pregnancy a “rainbow baby.” She has been candid about her fertility struggles, opening up about how difficult the process has been. “Jordan and I have been on our own fertility journey — and man, it’s been a journey,” she told Us Weekly in June 2025. “But I do keep positive about the situation and I know that when it’s meant to be, it will be.”
The reality star acknowledged that “everybody has a different experience” when it comes to pregnancy, but said she was “looking forward” to the day she would finally hold her own child. “When the time comes and we have a little Baby Rodgers, it’ll be a very, very exciting moment,” she added.
Back in April, JoJo even shared a glimpse of her trying to conceive journey with fans on Instagram. “Trying acupuncture to help with fertility… I haven’t talked about our TTC (trying to conceive) journey at all, but I know so many of us are in the same boat,” she wrote in a Story at the time. “Thinking and sending positive vibes your way if you are on this same journey.”
The couple’s road to this milestone has been years in the making. In April 2024, JoJo told Life & Style exclusively that children were always part of the plan. “We both have always wanted to have kids, so when the day comes that our little family expands, we will be very excited and ready for it!” she said.
The pair currently reside in Puerto Rico, where they moved in 2020 after falling in love with the island during a visit. JoJo has expressed her excitement about raising a family there, surrounded by relatives and nieces and nephews.
JoJo and Jordan’s romance began on season 12 of The Bachelorette, culminating in his proposal in Phuket, Thailand. After the longest engagement in franchise history — and multiple COVID-related wedding postponements — they married in a Tuscan-inspired ceremony on May 14, 2022, at the Sunstone Winery in California.
