Inside Faye Winter's Lavish Summer Solstice-Themed 2nd Birthday Bash for Beloved Dog Bonnie - OK! Magazine

The celebrations have been in full force for Faye Winter who has been busy marking her beloved dog Bonnie’s second birthday. In tribute to her adorable pup, the Love Island star, who gushed over Bonnie for bringing her “so much joy”, threw her a ‘summer solstice’ themed day.

In a series of snaps uploaded to Instagram, Faye, who welcomed Bonnie into her family in September 2022, gave fans a peek inside the special occasion which featured an array of yellow themed decorations as well as a delicious-looking tiered cake.

In one photo, Faye could be seen giving Bonnie a hug as they posed for a wholesome snap. For the occasion, the TV personality wore a gorgeous white summer dress which featured a yellow floral print – in keeping with the vibrant theme.

Behind the duo, fans caught a glimpse of the incredible decor, including a huge balloon arch made up of different yellow toned balloons as well as a backdrop that read: “Bonnie’s second birthday”.

No celebration would be complete without a cake, and Bonnie’s birthday was no different. For the big day, Faye showed off a yellow tiered cake which was decorated with daisies alongside the words: “Happy Birthday Summer Solstice”.

Captioning the post, the social media star, who threw a pastel-themed party last year, credited Bonnie’s “joy” and revealed that “nothing” makes her happier than her adorable pooch.

“Happy 2nd birthday my beautiful Bonnie. Nothing in this world makes me happier than you, you bring me so much joy in everything you do and there’s nothing I’d rather be doing than celebrating you and everything you bring to my life,” she wrote.

“I say every day I don’t know what I done so right in this world to get such a sweet angel girl but what ever it was I’m forever grateful.”

In response to the sweet snaps, Faye’s followers also gushed over little Bonnie. “I live for Bonnie’s birthdays Happy Birthday gorgeous girl,” wrote Vicky Pattison.

“Yassssss dogs should be celebrated too beautiful xxxx,” added another Instagram user. “I love that Bonnie had a big birthday party - she looks so pretty,” wrote a second.

Faye has previously opened up about her close bond with Bonnie and revealed how she had gotten her through some hard times. “I would not have gotten through half the stuff I have recently if it wasn’t for her,” she told OK!.

“She is my alarm clock in the morning, she gets me up every day and she’s my reason for being. The amount of times where I’ve not wanted to get out of bed because I’m in such a low place, but now I don’t have that. I have to get up to feed and walk her every day.”
