Before Amazon, it's challenging to picture the world. Approximately 213 million individuals frequent the site daily for unbeatable discounts, one-of-a-kind items, and of course, the lauded two-day delivery. Amazon is adored for its popular exercise equipment, wellness supplements, and fitness materials that support your fitness journey.

We sought advice from Eden Lichterman, an Associate Commerce Editor and Strategist, to uncover the best methods to shop for workout, lifestyle, and fashion goods on Amazon. Lichterman's role involves sifting through Amazon's myriad offerings for the best deals and then writing about them. So we asked her to reveal her strategies. Are you prepared? Let's get going.

Although Amazon offers a vast array of items at reasonable prices, it's important for shoppers to remain cautious: Amazon is home to some dubious sellers, as well as scams and fake goods.

Ensure your purchases are made directly from the Amazon.com website. Be wary of sellers who ask you to follow a link or buy from their website, as they could be attempting to scam you.

A verified review refers to a review Amazon has examined and deemed authentic. These reviewers bought the item at its stated price and did not receive any discount code or complimentary item incentives.

Third-party vendors sell used or refurbished products. If you purchase from a third-party seller, thoroughly research their return policy. These orders are not fulfilled by Amazon, so refunds and returns may be more complex than if ordered from an Amazon Verified vendor.

Amazon Prime membership can enhance your Amazon experience. This membership includes express delivery, so items can arrive as quickly as one hour after order placement. Prime membership also grants access to exclusive sales, as well as Prime Video and Prime Reading.

Prime is available for $14.99 monthly or $139 annually after a 30-day free trial, with discounts for students and eligible government aid recipients. In July and October, Amazon holds a colossal sale with significantly reduced items ranging across all categories. These low prices are available exclusively to Prime members.

Another exciting Prime feature is Try Before You Buy, which allows you to test products before making a purchase. This feature is particularly useful for items like clothes or shoes.

If you're too occupied to make a grocery run, try Amazon Fresh or Amazon Whole Foods. These services can deliver groceries straight to your doorstep merely five hours after the order is placed.

Visit Amazon.com/deals for fresh daily deals across categories.

With Amazon Subscribe and Save, Prime members can save money on daily-use essentials. By opting to subscribe, you can save up to 15% on the chosen product and decide the frequency of stock replenishments, with several options ranging from two weeks to six months.

Prepare for a lesser-known Prime feature: The Premium Brands Outlet. Here you can find discounted items from high-end brands. Beauty enthusiasts should also explore Premium Beauty and Premium Skin Care sections for discounted beauty items.

If you prefer supporting smaller retailers, filter your search results to only display items from small businesses.

For last-minute shopping before a trip, Amazon provides one-hour or same-day deliveries. Simply search for the required items and opt for the "same-day" or "one-day" delivery selections.

If you’re not in a big rush for your new running shorts or the next batch of cat food to be delivered, you can select “no-rush shipping” at checkout to receive Amazon credits. That way, you’ll save on your next order.
