She’s known for her roles in Mad Men and Suits, and Abigail Spencer’s summer agenda currently includes starring in the NBC comedy Extended Family and talking skin care, treatments and everything beauty.

Beauty to me is…ease from within.

The greatest thing about aging is…the sacred pause. The flow. The integration. The knowing.

The beauty moves I still can’t master are…morning and evening routines. Natural deodorant. Which collagen I’m supposed to use?! Laser hair removal.

I feel most beautiful when…I am laughing, dancing, listening deeply, present and in my creativity.

The beauty treatment I leave to the pros is…when you have the pros, you leave it to them!

The beauty treatments I can’t live without are…red light therapy, microcurrent and Pilates.

The beauty treatments I splurge on are…AviClear for my cystic acne and EMSCULPT.

The beauty products I always have with me are…Surratt eyelash curler, T Leclerc powder and foundation compact, Kristie Streicher tinted brow gel, and a rotation of various lippies.

The last beauty-related thing I did for the first time was…Aquagold facial at JECT.

I am proudest of…my friendships, au naturelness, resilience, and adventurousness.

The beauty hack I’ve learned while getting ready on set is…less is more. Find your light and protect other’s light.

The stores I shop at the most are…Just One Eye, Erewhon, Le Bon Marché, Kreation, Nose Paris, Violet Grey, Selfridges, Sezane, Blue Ojai, Khaite, and Net-a-Porter.

The last products I used until the end were…Natura Bissé Diamond Luminous Perfecting Serum, Joanna Vargas Rescue Serum, Agent Nateur Body Balm, SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic, Molécule 01, and EltaMD UV Clear.

My favorite indulgences are…We Care, Hotel Lutetia in Paris, Billecart Salmon Champagne, Le Bon Georges, Ibiza, bed-rotting.

My favorite way to unwind is…massages, sound baths, energy healing with Jakki, listening to My Name is Barbra, tarot, drinking champagne and trying on Heidi Merrick dresses, this one hike in Ojai, and watching TV with my son and my fella.

My first beauty memory was…Color Me Beautiful and listening under the table while my mom invited other women in the town over for Vanda parties to teach them to care for their skin.

My biggest beauty inspirations are…Ali MacGraw, my mother, the Hepburns: A & K, Amber Valletta, Charlotte Rampling, and M.

My must-pack beauty items when I fly are…vitamin C, in all forms, dōTERRA lozenges, Peace Out Acne Dots, Bioderma Sensibio H2O face wipes, hyaluronic acid, Sarah Chapman travel sets, Sara Happ Lip Slip, NuFACE mini, Joanna Vargas face masks, Dial antibacterial bar soap, and the “full Dallin” before departure.
