Despite having a host of commitments, including managing a shapewear business, maintaining billionaire status, and juggling law school and reality TV, Kim Kardashian still finds the time to ponder about the whereabouts of Kate Middleton. This was reflected in a caption on a recent Instagram post.

The caption "On my way to go find Kate" was attached to photos of Kardashian in bedazzled pants and adopting a duckface expression. The implications of this cryptic message have sparked speculation and curiosity. Could she have exclusive information, similar to how Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson was among the first to share the news of Osama bin Laden's assassination?

In the middle of January, Kensington Palace gave an announcement stating that Kate Middleton, aka the Princess of Wales, had undergone planned abdominal surgery and was expected to return to her public duties after Easter based on medical advice. The palace refrained from providing detailed information about her recovery. However, even though Easter hasn't arrived yet, this hasn't stopped the rise in speculation about the nature of Middleton's procedure, her recovery, and her location, particularly as she hasn't been seen publicly since Christmas.

The picture of Middleton with her three children, allegedly taken post-surgery this year, caused a stir when it was distributed internationally and subsequently withdrawn due to allegations of manipulation. This triggered further suspicion and fueled more memes and conspiracy theories, with even King Willem-Alexander of the Netherlands making light of the situation via a Photoshopped family picture.

During the same period, Blake Lively teased followers with a picture of herself on Instagram, announcing new flavors of her drinks, Betty Buzz and Betty Booze, despite the clear editing of the image. She used the opportunity to joke about her recent absence by saying, "Now you know why I’ve been MIA.".

A recent report in The Sun claimed that Middleton and Prince William were seen at a farm stand close to Adelaide Cottage. The report affirmed that Middleton appeared in good health and spirits, although no photographs or further details were provided. It's now up to Kim Kardashian to provide the public with answers they eagerly await.

A representative for Kardashian has not yet responded to a request for comment from Vanity Fair.
