Seraphina Affleck, the daughter of Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner, was spotted sporting a new buzz cut on her way to school on Tuesday, February 6.

15-year-old Seraphina was photographed at a bus stop, waiting alongside her mother Jennifer, 51. The teenage girl wore cargo jeans, a grey sweatshirt and a school backpack over her shoulders, while seemingly engrossed in something on her phone.

Seraphina has reportedly become great friends with Jennifer Lopez's daughter, Emme Muniz, who is also known for frequently changing her hairstyle. Their bond grew stronger when Ben, 51, was in a relationship with Emme's mother, and their families merged officially after Ben and Jennifer Lopez got married in July 2022.

In 2020, when Jennifer, 54, performed with Emme at the Super Bowl Halftime Show, Emme had long brown hair, styled in a tight bun. Yet, in 2022, the young star decided to alter her look, opting for a shoulder-length cut and blue highlights. Currently, Emme has a short hairstyle, which she often conceals under a baseball cap.

Seraphina sets the trend of children of popular celebrities getting a buzz cut. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie's daughter, Shiloh Jolie-Pitt, had her blonde hair shaved into a buzz cut in late January 2023. The 17-year-old seemed to adore her new look and maintained the style for the rest of the year.

Ben and Jennifer generally do not go into detail about Seraphina's life during interviews. They're more inclined to speak about their elder daughter, Violet, 18, and their son, Samuel, 11. They have always preserved Seraphina's privacy.

In April 2023, while promoting her Apple TV+ series The Last Thing He Told Me, Jennifer shed light on an activity that brought her and Seraphina closer. "I am close with and have amazing teenagers,” she expressed to Entertainment Tonight. Jennifer revealed that both of them read Laura Dave's novel, which served as the basis of the show.

Jennifer recalled, “I read the book with my middle child and … bedtime went out the window until it was finished. We were compelled to keep reading. It’s so propulsive, the read, because the stakes could not be higher."

In a rare comment about her daughters during an appearance on the "Raising Good Humans" podcast by Dr. Aliza Pressman in January, the star of 13 Going on 30 spoke about the differences in her daughters' personalities. Jennifer shared that she had her daughters, Violet and Seraphina, write down their goals for 2024 and their individual approaches stunned her. Jennifer stated, "Their personal mission statements and value statements were as if they had never met."
