Carly Waddell, Bachelor Star, Chooses to Remain Single Following Divorce from Evan Bass: "I'm Content on My Own"
Carly Waddell opened up about her dating life after her split from Evan Bass, admitting that she's working hard to meet a new man. In an exclusive interview with Us Weekly on the "Here for the Right Reasons" podcast, Waddell shared her fantasy of meeting a wonderful man while out walking. She hasn't really started seeing other people yet, but when it comes to dating apps, the Texas native said she's not sure if she's not ready or if she just doesn't have the time or energy.
Waddell, who released new music in May, has been focused on putting all of her music together, including juggling two children with Bass, that she hasn't had time to go out to meet anyone new. With the little ones in her care 80% of the time, she revealed that she is actually doing pretty good alone and may start caring more when someone walks into her life.
Although she is not yet jumping into a new romance, Waddell is happy with her relationship with Bass. The estranged couple, who share a daughter and son, are coparenting well. They have a schedule where the children go over to Bass' place every other weekend.
Waddell's newfound balance with Bass has allowed her more time to work on her music. She released "Your Friends Like Me More" in May and has five more tracks coming out in the next few months. Despite her recent breakup, she insisted that her music isn't about Bass.
