LVMH revealed on Tuesday that Antoine Arnault is set to step down from his role as CEO of the high-end brand Berluti, with his departure slated to take effect from January 1, 2024.

Arnault expressed great pleasure and deep emotion in welcoming Jean-Marc as the new chief of the unique house of Berluti, a position that carries the pillars of elegance, audacity, and distinct savoir-faire. He believes Jean-Marc's immense experience, demonstrated over the years, will serve as crucial elements in directing the ongoing growth of Berluti.

As part of the management modifications, the French conglomerate disclosed that Charles Leung, currently serving as head of the jewelry brand Fred, will assume the position of CEO at Chaumet. The group further mentioned that Leung's replacement will be found within the company, as stated in a press release.

Antoine Arnault, the oldest son of LVMH CEO Bernard Arnault, took the reins of Berluti in 2011. In the same year, under his stewardship, Berluti, which originated as a shoemaker in 1895, unveiled its inaugural ready-to-wear line. In another significant event under Arnault's lead, Berluti declared in early November its plans to design the summer Olympics and Paralympics opening ceremony outfits for the French teams. Arnault was acknowledged for securing LVMH's 150 million euros Olympics sponsorship contract initially publicized in July. Despite leaving his position at Berluti, Arnault will continue to hold other significant roles.

He will maintain his presidency at the luxury label Loro Piana, act as the CEO and vice-chairman of the board of directors at Christian Dior SE, and oversee communication and image at LVMH. The cited information is courtesy of AFP.
